- Time, rest, physical therapy, glucosamine, time, rest, more physical therapy, icing, heat, icing, moving the knee. hopefully it heals on it's own but in Austin's case, skating is clearly an aggressive thing to be doing when you're trying to fully recover!

I already have my own style but there is nothing wrong in reaching out to new areas to put your own touch on things. Nothing is really original these days anyway. I had the same issue! dont get that meniscus tear surgery, I went from pain randomly to pain all the time.

- They can not fix a tear so they cut it out. So now I have a small area in my knee that is bone on bone. I also have a torn meniscus in my other knee that I didn't get surgery on and it rarely bothers me now. It's still gonna be different for everyone, with physical therapy, and health, and weight. Just get a second opinion and research your doctor.

Had the exact same injuries. Got my 1st operation when I was 11. sucks. Had my last operation 3 years ago when I was 30. it's only about 70%. I've been looking at stem cell injections in Germany, I hear good things.
