restaurants like this aren't about having massive meals, its about having flavors you've never tried, or things done to a level you cant find anywhere else or even for the atmosphere and ambiance that comes with it. Obviously along with the level of prestige that comes with it. Also youre gonna end up with twelve courses in a places like this. It adds up in the end

I ate at jean George’s nougatine in nyc once as part of a graduation celebration, it was the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life. Everything I ate was like flavor 1000x. It definitely beats Chef digiornio that’s for sure.

For someone who watched things with Gordon Ramsey a lot, seeing such a calm and collected kitchen with chef who respect each other and love what they do is kinda sick.
@Arjun Wijayaratnam while that is one video, i have seen countless other videos saying otherwise. i am going to respectfully disagree, as i don’t think he would have made it as far as he has by having a bad attitude.
@c3ru1ean Not true lol, Ramsay has a reputation of being impossible to work with, even with his most competent staff. Check out "Ramsay boiling point" documentaries on IDworlds, from when he was the chef at his own restaurant. He's a nightmare of a boss haha I'm sure you get rewarded if you perform and he has nice sides, but still very difficult. He got that from Marco Pierre White, who was (also) a pain to work with.
gordon ramsay is very calm and supportive towards those who deserve it. if you have ever seen him work with children or at his own restaurants, he is very chill. he just has no tolerance for those who don’t show him respect
